Additional Driver
Additional drivers are authorized from the age of 18 and must have held a valid driving license for at least one year, depending on the category rented.
A supplement of €13.00 including tax per day applies for a maximum of 6 days.
Additional drivers are permitted per rental, with a maximum equal to the number of seats in the vehicle.
For young drivers, an additional cost from €33 incl. tax/day applies (max 14 days).
After Hours Service
After Hours Pick Up:
This service is not offered at this location.
After Hours Return:
Enter the car rental car park P3 and park the car in the Enterprise return bays: 'Allee B, bays 49 to 60'.
Please ensure that you do not leave any personal belongings behind.
Deposit the key and the folder in the key deposit box, which is located to the left hand side of the branch on the outside.
Age Requirements
To rent a vehicle, the renter must have held a valid driving license for:
- at least 1 year for categories Mini Manual and Automatic, Economy Manual and Automatic
- at least 3 years for categories Compact Manual and Automatic, Compact SUV Manual and Automatic, Standard Manual and Automatic, Intermediate SUV Manual and Automatic
- at least 7 years for categories Intermediate Monospace 7 Seat Manual and Automatic, Standard SUV Manual and Automatic, Fullsize Manual and Automatic, Compact Elite Manual and Automatic, Intermediate Manual and Automatic, Premium Manual and Automatic
The minimum age to rent is 18 years old. All drivers under the age of 25 will be subject to an additional daily charge.
The additional Young Driver charges are:
- 18 to 20 years of age: 55 Euros per day; max. 770 EUR (VAT included)
- 21 to 24 years of age: 33 Euros per day; max. 462 EUR (VAT included)
Cross Border Policy
It is not allowed to drive outside of Corsica.
Damage Waiver
The standard damage and theft cover (DW) is a protection product which reduces the financial responsibility of the renter up to the excess amount specified on the rental agreement.
If this protection product is not included in the reserved rate, the renter has full financial responsibility for the vehicle.
Third party liability cover is always included as standard, even when DW is no part of the reserved rate.
Depending on the car class*, an excess between 1400 EUR and 2500 EUR per incident is applicable and comprehends the following:
- Damage/Collision Cover
- Theft Waiver
If you wish to further lower your deductible in the event of damage and/or theft, other optional protection products are available for purchase at an additional cost.
*Car Class Excess Groups:
- 1400 EUR for cat. Mini and Economy
- 1800 EUR for cat. Compact and Compact SUV; Intermediate and Standard SUV; Intermediate MPV and Monospace as well as 7 -Seaters.
- 2500 EUR for cat. Compact Elite; Intermediate, Standard; Fullsize and Premium
- 1600 EUR for cat. Compact and Standard Commercial Vans (car class not available at airport locations)
Damage Waiver Exclusions/Voids
This coverage does not cover:
- use of the incorrect fuel type
- misuse of the vehicle
- failure to return the vehicle key
- all optional accessories, tires, rims, broken glass, damage to the interior of the vehicle (cigarette burn in particular)
-failing to take all reasonable steps to take care of the vehicle keys or any other device to unlock and/or start the vehicle.
The coverage will be void if the damage was caused by:
- use by an unauthorized driver, who does not have a driving license or who is not authorized to drive the category of vehicle concerned,
- use on behalf of others,
- illegal activity
- a race, speed tests or road tests,
- driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or outside Corsica,
- an overload of the vehicle,
- use for towing another vehicle,
- the transport of hazardous materials or substances,
- use on a non-public road, reckless or negligent driving, or within the confines of an airport.
For all exclusions, the Renter will be responsible for the sum of the actual costs relating to the damage or theft of the vehicle, as well as the costs of assistance, towing, administration and immobilization costs,
In the event of an accident, the Renter has the obligation to complete and submit a report within 5 days of the accident,
In the event of theft or attempted theft, the Renter has the obligation to lodge a complaint and to turn it in alongside by the key and the vehicle document folder at one of the available rental locations.
One Way Drop Policy
One-way rentals between Ajaccio, Bastia and Calvi are allowed for all categories of vehicles in Corsica.
One-Way rentals with return at Figari are not available.
One-way rentals are not permitted between Corsica and mainland France. International one-way rentals are not permitted.
In the event of return to allocation in mainland France or internationally, the actual costs for the repatriation of the vehicle will be the responsibility of the renter.
Refueling Service
The renter can purchase a Fuel Service Option (at current market price) at the beginning of the rental period,
Vehicles are rented with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank (as indicated on the rental agreement).
In case of a difference in fuel level which is less upon return than at departure, the Renter will be invoiced for this difference at the rate displayed at the branch at €3.30 incl. tax/litre,
The price is calculated according to the tank capacity of the reserved vehicles.
Excess fuel will not be refunded.
Loyalty Availability
Enterprise Plus customers can earn points on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption of points is not available at this location.
Emerald Club customers can earn credits on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption of free days is not available at this location. Note: Emerald Club members can earn credits at National and Enterprise brand locations.
A reservation must be booked in advance, and must have the member number attached, in order to earn credit/points.
Forms of Payment
A valid credit card in the name of the renter must be presented.
AMEX, Mastercard and Visa are accepted for payment.
The card must be valid until at least one month after the return date and is required for pre-authorization:
The amount of the applicable excess will be blocked until the return of the vehicle and varies between 1400 and 2500 €, depending on the rented vehicle category.
MAESTRO, ELECTRON, and DINERS as well as cash, cheques, traveler’s cheques and Eurocheques are not accepted.
Required for Payment:
- A valid credit card as mentioned above, except MAESTRO, ELECTRON, and DINERS cards
- Cash payments, cheques, traveler’s cheques and Eurocheques are not accepted for any rental.
Roadside Protection
Roadside Assistance (RAP) is an optional product that allows customers to request our assistance free of charge without being financially responsible for assistance and towing costs for any incident or accident not covered under manufacturer warranty.
RAP does not apply in the event of a breach of the rental agreement.
Before taking out the RAP guarantee, it is advisable to check the coverage of your personal insurance for these costs.
If the renter does not take out roadside assistance protection (RAP), he will be required to pay the costs of assistance and towing according to the rate indicated in the agency. RAP is not insurance.
Roadside Protection Exclusions/Voids
Roadside Assistance (RAP) does not cover:
- use of the wrong fuel type
- failure to take all reasonable steps to take care of the vehicle keys or any other device to unlock and/or start the vehicle.
- key: lost, broken, oxidized, stolen
- punctures and/or damage to tyres.
Roadside assistance will be canceled if the damage was caused by:
- use by an unauthorized driver, who does not have a driving license or who is not authorized to drive the category of vehicle concerned,
- use on behalf of others,
- illegal activity, racing, speed tests or road tests,
- driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or outside Corsica,
- an overload of the vehicle,
- use when towing another vehicle or on a non-public road,
- the transport of hazardous materials or substances,
- driving recklessly or negligently, or on the premises of an airport.
LTNT - Deposit Policy
The deposit amount equals the applicable excess amount:
- 950 EUR for cat. Mini and Economy Manuals;
- 1400 EUR for cat. Economy Auto, Compact Manual, Compact SUV Manual;
- 1600 EUR for cat. Compact Aut., Compact SUV Aut., Intermediate - MPV Manual, Standard SUV Manual;
- 1800 EUR for cat. Intermediate SUV Aut., Standard SUV Aut., Intermediate Monospace Manual and Aut. as well as 7-Seaters;
- 2500 EUR for cat. Compact Elite Manual or Aut., Intermediate Man. or Aut., Standard and Fullsize Man. or aut.;
- 1600 EUR for cat. Compact and Standard Commercial Van
Arrival Directions
The rental branch is situated on the parking lot opposite the terminal and is accessible on foot.

Corse Auto Rent - Franchisee operator at our Corsica North locations - Ajaccio, Bastia and Calvi Airports - Third Party Liability coverage which is included in all rentals provides unlimited cover for bodily injury and or death to third parties and up to 100,000,000.00 EUR for third party property damage.
