Additional Driver
All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. Additional drivers can be added to the contract at any rental location within the same country and at any time during the rental. An additional driver fee of 5.00 EUR per day applies.
After Hours Service
After-Hours Pick-up
This rental location offers pick-up outside the opening hours. Customers must provide their flight information including flight number and arrival time. An additional charge of 50.00 EUR applies for pick-ups outside the opening hours.
After-Hours Return
Vehicles can be returned outside the opening hours of this rental location. Please park the vehicle in a safe and secure designated parking space on the airport property only. Make sure the vehicle is locked and ensure you have gathered all personal belongings before leaving. Place the keys in the drop box. The drop box is located at the rental desk inside the airport arrivals hall. No additional charges apply for returns outside the opening hours. The renter's responsibility for the vehicle and rental charges end once an employee inspects the vehicle the next business day.
Age Requirements
The minimum age requirement to rent all vehicles is 23. There is no maximum rental age. Renters between the age of 18 and 21 may rent all categories except Passenger Vans. A young driver fee of 4.28 EUR per day applies to all renters between the age of 18 and 21.
Cross Border Policy
Vehicles can be driven in Estonia and Lithuania only. Ferry crossings with the vehicle are not permitted. A cross-border fee of 49.00 EUR per border applies. In all cases, customers must inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the country with the vehicle and require authorization. Unauthorized cross-border travel will result in a breach of contract and incur a penalty charge.
Damage Waiver
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) reduces the liability of the renter in the event of collision to the bodywork of the vehicle. If CDW is not included in the reservation, the renter has liability up to the full market value of the vehicle. CDW is available for purchase, if not included in the booking. If included in the reservation or purchased, the excess amounts are as follows:
Economy: 900 EUR
Compact: 1000 EUR
Intermediate: 1100 EUR
Standard, Passenger Van: 1400 EUR
Excess will be charged every time a vehicle is damaged. CDW is not insurance.
Damage Waiver Exclusions/Voids
Collision Damage Waiver does not cover theft or damage caused by attempted theft of the rental vehicle. CDW does not cover damage to rims, wheel covers, windshield, tires, interior damage, roof damage, undercarriage damage, damages caused by sand, gravel, ash, pumice, or other kinds of earth material, damage from riots or civil unrest, damage from dangerous substances, damage caused by the use of the wrong fuel or any failure to take all reasonable measures to look after the vehicle keys or any other device which unlocks the vehicle and/or enables the vehicle to be started.
Collision Damage Waiver will be voided if damage is caused by: failure to secure the vehicle keys, failure to lock the vehicle, unauthorized repairs on the vehicle, use by an unauthorized driver, use by an unlicensed driver, use for hire and reward, use of vehicle for any illegal purpose or deliberately causing injury or damage to property, racing, pacemaking, teaching someone to drive, use whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs, use of the vehicle outside of the country without our permission, overloaded with more passengers than seatbelts, towing, use off road, transporting dangerous or noxious substances, willful or wanton negligence.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and Collection service is available to Hotels in the center of Riga, Riga Old Town, Jurmala, Riga Ferry Harbor, Riga Railway Station and Riga Bus Station during main office hours at a charge of 20.00 EUR (incl. VAT) per delivery or collection.
Deliveries and Collections outside city limits or over 10 kilometers in distance upon renter request will cost an additional 0.75 EUR (incl. VAT) per kilometer.

One Way Drop Policy
All rentals where the vehicle is not returned to the same location as it was collected from will be subject to a one-way fee. This one-way fee varies based on car category, location, and pick-up date. The exact amount of the one-way fee will be displayed during the reservation process when entering the dates, the desired route, and car category.
Exclusive Policy
The cost of the rental includes Third Party Liability and Unlimited mileage within country.
Additional surcharges may apply. Additional products may be purchased.
Refueling Service
All vehicles are supplied with a full tank. As a customer you have a choice of how you pay for fuel:
Option 1 - Prepay Fuel
This option allows the renter to pay for the tank of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty. No refunds will be issued for unused fuel.
Option 2 - We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay the rental company at the end of the rental for gas used but not replaced. For missing fuel there is a refueling service fee of 37.50 EUR and fuel is charged at 2.80 EUR per liter.
Option 3 - You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with a full tank to avoid extra fuel charges.
Loyalty Availability
Enterprise Plus customers can earn points on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption of points is not available at this location.
Emerald Club customers can earn credits on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption of free days is not available at this location. Note: Emerald Club members can earn credits at National and Enterprise brand locations.
A reservation must be booked in advance, and must have the member number attached, in order to earn credit/points.
Miscellaneous Policy
An administration fee of 50 EUR per incident applies to all traffic violations, parking fines, speeding offences or damage cases. Loss of vehicle keys will incur will be a replacement fee of 400 EUR. Loss of car registration documents will result in a replacement fee of 200 EUR. If a customer smokes in the vehicle there is a penalty of 250 EUR. If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty, there will be a cleaning fee of up to 250 EUR.
Forms of Payment
All major credit cards, issued by either Mastercard and Visa are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit is 700 EUR for the categories Economy, 800 EUR for the categories Compact, 900 EUR for the categories Intermediate, and 1100 EUR for the categories Standard and Passenger Van.
Roadside Protection
Enterprise offers Roadside Assistance Protection -RAP- at select locations. RAP allows the customer to waive financial responsibility for chargeable roadside incidents such as lockouts, vehicle technical failure, towing, replacement car. RAP can be added for 2.48 Euro plus VAT per day.
RAP coverage does not include the following Flat tire, fuel delivery and key replacement.
RAP is void and null if at the time of the incident necessitating roadside assistance the renter or authorized drivers are in violation of the rental agreement. In such cases Roadside Assistance will be available but standard charges will apply.
Enterprise rental locations do not provide direct Roadside Assistance to the renter. The assistance is provided by a car dealership on behalf of Enterprise. RAP is available during the office rental operating hours by calling 371 29338899. Roadside Assistance outside of Latvia can also be obtained by calling 371 29338899 but is not included within this RAP package and is subject to additional charges.
Renter Requirements
All drivers must present a full valid driving license. All renters must provide a valid photo ID such as a passport or ID card. A valid credit card in the renter's name must also be presented upon collection of the vehicle.
An international driving permit is required for all customers who hold a non-European driving license. Renters are advised to check whether local authorities require foreign drivers to present an International Driving Permit to avoid the risk of potential fines.
Please note that we reserve the right to request additional ID or conduct further identification checks if needed which may include an identity check with an external organization.
Super Collision Damage Waiver
Super Collision Damage Waiver is an optional coverage which reduces the excess of Collision Damage Waiver to zero in the event of damage to the rental vehicle subject to the terms and conditions of the rental contract and applicable laws. This insurance product also covers damage to the undercarriage, the tires or windshield of the vehicle. It is available for an additional fee of 16.53 Euro plus VAT per day and reduces the excess for damage of the vehicle to zero.
Arrival Directions
The rental counter is located in Terminal E Arrival Hall. Please follow the signs for car rentals. When passing the Schengen Zone Departure-Arrival in Terminal E please look for and follow the signs for car rentals. The rental counter is located in the Terminal E Arrival Hall.
Supplemental Liability Protection
Supplementary Liability Protection - Third Party Liability coveragage limits for third party bodily injury or death is 5,000,000 EUR and for third party property damage, 1,000,000 EUR. There is no specific minimum coverage amount for this insurance policy as ever case is investigated individually.
Theft Protection
Theft Protection (TP) reduces the liability of the renter in the event of theft or attempted theft of the rental vehicle. If TP is not included in the reservation, the renter has liability up to the full market value of the vehicle. TP is available for purchase, if not included in the booking. If included in the reservation or purchased, the excess amounts are as follows:
Economy: 900 EUR
Compact: 1000 EUR
Intermediate: 1100 EUR
Standard, Passenger Van: 1400 EUR
TP is not insurance.
Tire and Windshield Protection
Tires and Windshield Protection (TWP) is an optional protection available for selection by the renter. TWP provides cover to the tires, windshield of the rental vehicle only. If TWP is purchased, the excess amount is 0 EUR for damages to the tires or windshield. If TWP is not purchased, the customer will be held liable for the full value of damages to the tires or windshield.
