After Hours Service
After-Hours Pick-up
This rental location offers pick-up outside the opening hours. Customers must provide their flight information including flight number and arrival time. An additional charge of 50.00 EUR applies for pick-ups outside the opening hours.
After-Hours Return
Vehicles can be returned outside the opening hours of this rental location. Please park the vehicle in a safe and secure designated parking space on the branch property only. Make sure the vehicle is locked and ensure you have gathered all personal belongings before leaving. Place the keys in the drop box. The drop box is located on the counter. No additional charges apply for returns outside the opening hours. The renter’s responsibility for the vehicle and rental charges end once an employee inspects the vehicle the next business day. Local taxes and surcharges may apply.
Age Requirements
Minimum age for all car groups is 18 except Premium which is 21. Maximum age for all car groups is 70 yrs old. A fee of 40.00 EUR per rental inclusive of VAT applies to drivers aged 18-20 and 70+ age.
Cross Border Policy
Cross Border Policy: Cross border rentals are allowed within the European countries with the exception of Bulgaria and Romania. Travel to Turkey NOT ALLOWED.
Applicable fees for cross border travel are:
EU Countries - 20 EUR per rental
Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Macedonia and Montenegro - 50 EUR per rental
Albania and Kosovo - 122 EUR per rental
All charges above are inclusive of VAT
Prior written authorization is required (ask rental agent at the time of pickup). There is also an insurance fee that applies. The guarantee is equal to the buying value of the rented car. The Green Card covers the rented vehicle with basic insurance (T.P.I.) as long as it remains in the borders of the country for which it is issued. Roadside assistance or car replacement while driving abroad is available.
Damage Waiver
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is an optional service and reduces the renter's liability in the event of damage the vehicle when no responsible third party is identified.
If CDW is not included in the reservation, it is available for purchase at the rental counter. If CDW is not included in the rental or CDW is declined, the renter will be liable for the total cost of damages to the vehicle or the full value of the vehicle in case of damage.
If purchased or included in the rental, the excess is:
1000 EUR for the vehicle categories Mini, Economy;
1200 EUR for the vehicle categories Compact;
1500 - 1800 EUR for Intermediate and Standard vehicles;
2000 EUR for all passenger Vans and all commercial vans;
and from 2500 - 5500 EUR for all Premium and Luxury vehicles.
The excess will be charged every time a vehicle is damaged
Before purchasing CDW, it is advisable to determine if the renter's personal coverage is adequate to cover damage, theft, loss of revenue, administration fees, diminishment of value, and any towing, storage or impound fees. If CDW is declined, the renter will be required to pay these charges and to seek compensation through their carrier of personal coverage. The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is not insurance.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and Collection service up to 10 kilometers of city limits is free of charge. Delivery and Collection services outside of the 10 kilometer city limit radius will incur a service charge of 12.20 EUR, plus a per kilometer fee of 0.85 EUR. All fees quoted include VAT. One Way Drop Policy
One way rentals are available intra Slovenia and also from Slovenian rental offices to select International locations. Please contact our reservations department at +386 30208880 for additional information relative to available one-way routes and respective drop fee pricing.
Exclusive Policy
Cost of rental includes unlimited kilometers, Third Party Liability and VAT. Should renters intend to drive the rental vehicle on Slovenian motorways an additional mandatory vignette fee of 3.00 EUR per day including VAT chargeable at counter will apply.
Refueling Service
Refueling charges: Full to full. All vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition. In cases when the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, the difference will be charged according to the official rate of Enterprise Rent-A-Car Slovenia. Fees for tank services also apply at a cost of 36.60 EUR inclusive of VAT.
Insurance Policy
SUPPLEMENTARY LIABILITY PROTECTION SLP - THIRD PARTY INSURANCE IS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT AND FREE OF CHARGE. IT PROTECTS THE RENTER - DRIVER AND OTHER AUTHORIZED DRIVERS AGAINST LIABILITY IN THE CASE OF THIRD PARTY BODILY INJURY OR DEATH AND THIRD PARTY PROPERTY DAMAGE. THIRD PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER LOSS OF, OR DAMAGE TO THE RENTAL VEHICLE. RENTER - DRIVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE VEHICLE REGARDLESS OF FAULT. SUBJECT TO ACCEPTANCE OF THE OPTIONAL INSURANCE OPTIONS.
Loyalty Availability
Enterprise Plus customers can earn points on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption of points is not available at this location.
Emerald Club customers can earn credits on qualifying rentals at this location. Redemption of free days is not available at this location. Note: Emerald Club members can earn credits at National and Enterprise brand locations.
A reservation must be booked in advance, and must have the member number attached, in order to earn credit/points.
Miscellaneous Policy
During the winter season of 15 November to 15 March and in cases of inclement winter weather conditions in the country of Slovenia all rental vehicles are fitted with winter tires in accordance to local road laws. Winter tires are included in all rates.
Forms of Payment
Visa, Diners and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter’s name. A security deposit will be blocked on the credit card and the estimated cost of the rental will be charged at the time of pickup. The deposit will be released by the cardholder's bank upon notification of return of the vehicle.

Debit cards and cash cards are accepted as forms of payment for the rental or to purchase additional products. The deposit must be paid with a valid credit card. Please enquire at the local branch for details.
Roadside Protection
Roadside Protection: Roadside Assistance Protection is provided 24 hours day 7 days a week and is free of charge. The 24/7 Roadside Assistance telephone number is +386 30208881.
Renter Requirements
Valid IDP in Latin characters along with the National one or European Union driving license held for at least 12 months, identity card or passport.
Arrival Directions
The rental counter is located in the terminal building within walking distance. No shuttle service is required.
Supplemental Liability Protection
Supplementary Liability Protection SLP - Third Party Insurance is a legal requirement and free of charge. It protects the renter/driver and other authorized drivers against liability in the case of third party bodily injury or death and third-party property damage. Third party liability insurance does not cover loss of or damage to the rental vehicle. Renter/Driver is responsible for the full value of the vehicle regardless of fault. (subject to the acceptance or inclusion of the optional insurance products).
Theft Protection
THEFT PROTECTION (TP) covers the rented vehicle against total theft with a deductible amount as per categories below.
If TP is not included in the reservation, it is optional and available for purchase at the rental counter.

Tire and Windshield Protection
Tire and windshield protection is an optional coverage that reduces the renter's financial responsibility in the event of damage to the tires and/or windshield and is subject to the terms and conditions of your rental contract and applicable laws.
It is available for an additional fee and reduces the excess for damage to the tires and the windshield of the vehicle to ZERO.
If not included in your reservation, a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is required to be able to purchase tire and windshield protection.
